Unroasted Coffee Beans
Unroasted coffee beans, also known as green coffee beans, are the raw seeds of the Coffea plant. These beans are harvested, processed, and dried before reaching their final roasting stage. Unroasted beans retain their natural green color and are packed with the potential to develop unique flavors through the roasting process. They offer coffee enthusiasts the opportunity to explore the art of roasting, allowing for a personalized coffee experience tailored to individual taste preferences.

Light roast coffee beans are roasted for a shorter time, retaining much of their original coffee bean characteristics. They exhibit a light brown color and have no oil on the surface. This roast level highlights the intrinsic flavors of the coffee's origin, including floral and fruity notes, with a bright acidity and a lighter body. Perfect for those who appreciate a nuanced, complex flavor profile.
Medium Roast Coffee Beans
Medium roast coffee beans are roasted to a medium brown color, striking a balance between the bean's original flavors and the roasting process. This roast level brings out a fuller body and a more rounded flavor profile, often with hints of caramel and chocolate. Medium roasts are known for their balanced acidity and sweetness, making them a popular choice for a wide range of coffee drinkers.
Dark Roast Coffee Beans
Dark roast coffee beans are roasted to a deep, rich brown, often with an oily surface. The roasting process takes center stage, imparting bold, smoky flavors with notes of chocolate and nuts. Dark roasts have a full body and low acidity, providing a strong, intense flavor profile that is perfect for those who enjoy a rich, bold coffee experience.
