Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat-rate shipping, we offer flat-rate shipping to the United States. Free ground shipping for orders over $30.

Do you ship Internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Are there other shipping restrictions?
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Calculated Shipping Rates
If you’re using calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.

What happens if my order is delayed?
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service provider (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). If delivery is delayed for any reason due to an error at Roast at Dawn (Such as failure to package and ship within the time we have allotted for roasting, resting, and packing) we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. If the revised estimated date is not acceptable, you will be given the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
