Naturally processed, the cherries are sun-dried whole, concentrating sugars and amplifying the region’s signature clarity and fruit nuance. At a light–medium roast, the cup highlights delicate florals, honeyed sweetness, and gentle tropical fruit, with a silky body and bright, balanced acidity.
