This coffee comes to us from approximately 500 small specialty coffee farms located at altitudes of 1920-2020 meters above sea level near the villages of Shantawene, Abore, and Bombe. The Abore washing station, situated near the Bok Nora Waterfall, is well-known for its long history and commitment to quality. Originally built in 1997, the station employs many locals who have been part of its journey since its inception.

Origin Story: The Sidamo region of Ethiopia is renowned for its unique coffee profiles, characterized by bright acidity and complex flavors. The careful processing at the Abore washing station ensures that each bean embodies the rich heritage and dedication of Ethiopian coffee farmers.
