Returns
We have a 7-day return policy. You will have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. We do not offer returns or exchanges on our food items after opening. Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact your payment provider.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on discounted, sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right within the return policy timeframe. Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name, and address.
