From the volcanic slopes of Kona, Hawaii, this 100% Kona coffee features extra-large Screen 19+ beans, handpicked from Typica trees at 600 masl. Naturally processed, the cherries are sun-dried whole, concentrating sugars and amplifying the region’s signature clarity and fruit nuance. At a light–medium roast, the cup highlights delicate florals, honeyed sweetness, and gentle tropical fruit, with a silky body and bright, balanced acidity. The finish is clean and persistent, with hints of macadamia and citrus. This lot exemplifies the unique terroir and meticulous standards of Kona’s most celebrated estates.
